- As India’ Best LGBTQ Dating and Matchmaking App*, we take pride in taking the responsibility to connect millions of people on a daily basis and for the wish to ensure that the Software is free from errors and is safe for our users. This document enlists various tips that you can follow when you are speaking to somebody either within the Software or with them in person.
- We have a zero-tolerance programme on harassment and encourage our community to report any instance of misconduct and/or anyone who doesn’t abide by our Community Guidelines or Terms and Conditions at our email ID mentioned in the Terms and Conditions or by contacting our team online. In the event that we receive such a report, our dedicated community team takes appropriate measures, which may include removing the content, banning the user, or notifying the appropriate law enforcement resources.
- We are constantly working towards refining our processes, and will always work under law enforcement, where possible, to protect our users.
- Meeting new people is exciting, but you should always be careful while interacting with someone you newly know. Use your best judgment and put your safety first, whether you are exchanging initial messages or meeting in person. While you can’t control the actions of others, there are things you can do to help you stay safe during your experience.
Online Safety
- Sending of Money or Sharing of Financial Information
We suggest that no user transfers any amount of money to any other user even incase of a medical emergency. It is also suggested that no user never shares information that could be used to access their financial accounts. If another user asks you for money, report it to us immediately.
- Protection of Personal Information
It is always adviced that personal information may not be shared with another User. Such personal information may include home or work address, phone numbers or any other details.
- Do not leave the platform
We recommend not shifting from the Software to any other messaging application and keeping the conversations on the platform while you’re getting to know someone. Users with mala-fide intentions often try to move the conversation to text, messaging apps, email, or phone right away.
- Reporting of Users
We recommend reporting of other users, who have either harassed you or someone you know of. Block and report anyone that violates our Terms. Some examples of violations would be:
- Underage users
- Requests for money or donations
- Blackmailing of any kind
- Sending of obscene pictures to either You or to someone you know
- Harassment, threats, and offensive messages Inappropriate or harmful behavior during or after meeting in person
- Fraudulent profiles
- Spam or solicitation including links to commercial websites or attempts to sell products or services
Offline Safety
- Know the Person
Before meeting another User, it is imperative that you know the User you are planning to meet before you agree to meet them outside of the Software. Don’t be afraid to ask questions to screen for any red flag. A phone or video call can be a useful before meeting.
- Meet in Public and Stay in Public
Meet for the first few times in a populated, public place — never at your home, your date’s home, or any other private location. If your date pressures you to go to a private location, end the date.
- Tell Friends and Family About Your Plans
Tell a friend or family member of your plans, including when and where you’re going. Have your mobile phone charged and with you at all times.
- Know Your Limits
Be aware of the effects of drugs or alcohol on you specifically — they can impair your judgment and your alertness. Only consume drugs or alcohol that you are comfortable with.
- Don’t Leave Drinks or Personal Items Unattended
On the first few dates, keep your drinks with yourself and in your hand. Watch out for the glass when the same is being poured or handed over to you. Feel something’s wrong? Ask your date to have a sip. Also, keep your phone, purse, wallet, and anything containing personal information on you at all times.

Always be in control of your mode of transportation, be it a private vehicle or a commercial vehicle.

When used correctly and consistently, condoms can significantly reduce the risk of contracting and passing on STI’s like HIV. But, be aware of STIs like herpes or HPV that can be passed on through skin-to-skin contact.
- Talk About It
Make sure you give your consent to your partner. Also, it is advisable that you enquire about their sexual activities and practices to be able to guess their sexual health. If you feel that your partner could be infected with any STIs, do not engage in any sexual activity.
